The Oneness Chakra Meditation takes you on the gently heaving waves of the music of Maneesh De Moor and the deep meditative singing of Sri Ananda Giri. This meditation lasts less than forty minutes and provides deep integration. Not only spiritually exciting, but also musically very rewarding. Flute, glockenspiel and timeless resonance of Tibetan singing bowls bring the listener into a deeper congruency with life. The overall effect of this CD is a deep synchronization of body and mind through the coordination of the various individual chakras.
With each chakra is associated a sound 7 x chanted, followed by a chant that the Kundalini awakens. This meditation can be himself participated, but is also suitable for listening. It can be done at different times in the day. In the early morning just after waking up or just before bedtime are fine moments. Lying listen you can easily bring the dream to the Samadhi-wake state.

This guy gave us an immortal performance, completely selfless and transcendent. There's nothing else like this man's rendition of an ancient meditation coming to us from the ice age before the Younger Dryas event erased India's spiritually advanced civilization about 12,000 years ago.

Hi there :) I've never heard any specifics about the Younger Dryas impact in this part of the world. Are you talking about the rising rivers in India which must have had an impact on several sites/temples close to these rivers? Caused by the rising sea levels of course again caused by the global rapid melting of the global ice deposits.

Yes. There was a severe N-shaped temperature change that some think was caused by a "micronova" of the Sun and other think was caused by a comet impact or multiple meteors hitting the Earth. The Younger Dryas came at the end of the last mini-Ice age and brought us another brief period of global warmth. These warm periods last 12 to 13,000 years according to data from ice deposits at the poles and in Greenland. It seems obvious now that an advanced civilization was responsible for some of the technical work in India and Egypt. The "caves" in India show the truth of history. I am grateful for this video that has healed me completely from years of trauma that has blocked three of my chakras.... I cannot express in words how much this video has helped me, and is still helping me..... I can say this guarantee that all my blockage is gone, because I experience such a blast of enery when the meditation reached at those chakras. It wasn't in the first time obviously. One day it was Anahat, after few days it was Visudhi, and then Shashrar.... The eternal bliss cannot be explained in words. The blast of energy cannot be explained in words.... The power of kundalini is out of this world. And finally, the state of ZERO thought... some call it samadhi, I call it bliss.... my heart and my mind are so light like feather.... Once again, I thank you to all the people who were part in making this, the video editor, sound editor, singer, so knowledge Yogi who has thought to use Kundalini Shakti in meditation for such a great healing method.... I have one question for the creator ? What should be the next level of meditation after this in order to reach higher consciousness ?

More of the same? it is about returning to your centre, knowing I AM THAT. The journey is never ending and no two meditations will be the same. This is pure Sanskrit vocalization .I Suggest Anand Roy flute for meditation and I also listen to Meditative Mind Healing Camp for all 7 chakra meditations. You are indeed fortunate. This is my third listen my friend.

Dear Master Giri, You have one of the most astonishing voices I have ever heard. I am a trained singer and the power and articulation of sound you produce brings such meaning to this mantra for me. yanev098 Aum Kundalini arohanum commands the Kundalini to rise. It lies at the base of the spine and with this command you visualise it rising from the base of your spine and filling your chakra (the one you're meditating on) with a bright golden light.
