44:33 I had 1 mole suddenly full on explode once while i was at a beach it really fucking hurt (like a needle pain) i wasn't touching it at the time, a load of black stuff came out. Then the mole disappeared, that was about 8 or 9 years ago. I joke that my body is cancer proof, it self destructed.

So the hair shaft is the direct continuation of the hair follicle? Or does also the sac-like structure around the "dead" hair count as follicle? 7:30 The picture shows stratum germinativum being composed out of stratum basale and stratum spinosum; when I looked this up I can find it only being a synonym for stratum basale. Any thoughts?
