Welcome to your weekly update from Vienna, the national capital and largest city of Austria. In Vienna we are currently in the fourth lockdown. This week i did a walk in beautiful Josefstadt, it is one of my favorite districts in Wien. Josefstadt, Vienna's 8th district, is a hip, densely populated inner city district. And it is the smallest district in Vienna in terms of area. The main shopping street is Josefstädter Straße, there are unconventional shops and informal student bars here. The theater in der Josefstadt, which has existed since 1822, is one of many theaters. Due to the lockdown, only grocery stores, pharmacies, ... are open. Many Restaurants are open for delivery or take away.
