The ANC says it will be appealing the judgment handed down by the Durban High Court today in its trade mark legal battle with the MK Party.
The Court has dismissed, with costs, the governing party's application - accusing the MK Party of violating the Trademarks Act by using a name and logo similar to that of its disbanded uMkhonto weSizwe military wing.
