The ANC is promising to increase the 3-hundred-and-50 rand Social Relief of Distress grant. Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula was speaking at the launch of the party's manifesto review in KZN. There have been calls to increase the grant as the cost of living increases. eNCA’s Siphamandla Goge reports. #DStv403
