Now follow the thought: less than a month has passed of Summits in Russia, as England and United States, through the IMF, set up tough conditions for Kenya to raise taxes, cut social spending, practically stop the construction of socially important facilities such as hospitals and schools, and actually freeze any independent development of Kenya as a country, otherwise Kenya will not receive even a one cent from the IMF as payments to support the Kenya's Parliament and economy of Kenya!
