I never noticed that I felt restricted trying to keep up with someone eles’s suggested breath count until I was encouraged to find out what feels right for me. Really felt more in tune with myself rather than someone else’s approach. I will remember this and use it daily. Thank you.

Many times I've used whatever count the meditation calls for and it's been a struggle to get the "proper" counts; this was so smooth following the intuition. 4,2,6,2 is my new go-to. Thank you for sharing this with us. Peace and much love, beautiful souls!

I love how intuitive this meditation was. Along with the examples of box breathing, and what feels good for the speaker, being encouraged to find what feels good to me felt so freeing!

Amazing, my preferred method is a deep shorter intake of breath, but longer release and outward sigh. Once again thank you beautiful soul❤

My spoiled cat didn't want me to do this, so I had to restart it once she got comfortable on me. It actually helped me having my cat laying on me.

I have been listening to guided meditations for years. I have hardly ever enjoy the ones that make me count my breath. Now I realize that without realizing it I thought I was "not doing it well enough" now I realize I just don't like it! What a liberating discovery!!! Thank you so so much for all the freedom you bring

I noticed I had more control as I listened to my own breathing! When I would use the breathe in, hold, breathe out, hold, I feel like my breath never regulated! I also felt like I was not getting enough breath! I feel much more calm using my own created breathing pattern (breathe in 5, hold 2, out 8).

This is really lovely but just when you're totally relaxed the damn advert JOLTS you out out of it. I could've returned to this practice again and again if it wasn't for the stupid interruption from the advert! @KZfaq need to sort it
