Luthen does is AGAIN!!! What were your reactions to this moment???

One thing I love about this scene is that the Imperials don't screw anything up. The captain makes the right calls, based on the information he has, his XO, when asked, as already anticipated the need for the boarding party and has them standing by. Everyone is doing their jobs well and that speaks to good leadership. They know what they're doing and they're good. So when Luthen out plays them, that makes it so much cooler.

That fly-by across the bridge of the Arrestor Cruiser is a show of power. “I can destroy you anytime I want to.” and then Luthen went to deal with the Tie Fighters.

People bitch about how slow the show is but the lack of action make the action scenes in this series more rewarding and cathartic, we got all these buildup and character development & revelation throughout that help enhance the action sequences and makes it more satisfying and engaging

I can't stop watching the dish getting blasted by thousands of projectiles, accelerated by it's own tractor beam. Absolutely brilliant writing, and such deliciously detailed destruction. Best destruction scene in Star Wars ever. Even Boba Fett's seismic charges come second to this. But that's just my 2c.

I love the middle-finger flyby at the bridge and how he deliberately put himself between the capital ship and the Tie-Fighters. They weren’t able to get a clean shot without risking friendly fire.

I see too little people talk about the fact that Luthen's on-board droid found an active transponder

A chameleon ship for a chameleon rebel leader. Very poetic.

Luthen destroyed four TIEs and disabled an Imperial cruiser’s tractor beam and make a clean getaway in just a minute while Han and Luke will take several minutes trying to shoot down four TIE fighters after they escaped from the Death Star xD.

How can a simple scene, like this one, be better than a whole trilogy??

That jolt to the cruiser when Luthen full throttled it was a lovely little detail.

I love how good Stellan’s “confused old man” voice is, he’s such a sulky and empty man that when you see him pretending to be an innocent civilian it really stands out. Excellent work, I hope everyone is proud of their work

goddamn, I love the perfect composure the entire time, not a single moment of doubt or fear. As much as I love Andor and the way his characyer is changing, Luthen is just one of the best characters Star Wars has ever had. love him.

That final shot of the commander, with the reflection of his demolished tractor beam emitter and the two clouds of what were his TIE fighter air wing is just epic! This is real cinematic Star Wars!!

This is what you get when you have a true pro like Gilroy behind a show. Great writing, great characters. This is just some of the potential I've been waiting for from the Star Wars universe.
