The great thing about Schiff is while I don't absolutely love everything he is doing there is always so much to learn from his playing. The character in the Aria is so spot on! It really sounds like an Aria with Ensemble accompaniment and the ornaments are butter.

In spite of the fact that I always like A.Schiff's renditions ( and masterclasses), I find the 1rst movement a bit too fast.

I think this piece is best played in a moderato not allegretto, Your recording when you were young is more preffered by me Schiff, However I will also make my own version too one day.
