Andre 3000 it's in my top 5 too if we talk about flow, cadence, rhyme schemes, creativity or pretty much anything rap related, almost no one has the versatility that Andre has, and on top of that his style and personality it's so recognizable, that man can fill a whole song with energy and then rap some of the most beautiful shit you ever heard. And Andre it's notorious for killing any feature he's in, the most famous example it's his iconic verse in UGK's "Int'l Players Anthem", but then you hear his verses in "Sorry", "Life of The Party", "Come Home", "Solo", "Play The Guitar", "Walk It Out Remix", etc... You just don't out rap Andre, that's not happening.

I hope Andre 3k, knows how loved and appreciated he is. I love 3K to me, he is more than a rapper artist. He is a creative being. When I learned from listening to interviews with 3K, I learned that he grew up as only child, and also revealed to Rick Rubin in 2019 that he struggles with social anxiety and hypersensitivity. He had a great point that he spent 95% of his time by himself, even though it's not good for his condition. And that hit me deeply. He also called himself a jack of no trades, and said that he fought harder in his artsitry because he felt less than everyone. I truly feel for and respect Andre's vunerability, when you struggle with mental health. Some days and moments can feel like the world has turned it's back on you, but always remember that their is a Lord above as well as friends and family who love you dearly. I’ve been listening to HipHop since the early mid 80s and know so much about the music and like so many artist for what they were suppose to to do individually to make them great. It can be measured by so many factors. Lyrics, flows, vocals like The DOC, storytelling, intricate rhymes like DAS EFX, message rhythms etc…a lyricist don’t make an artist great or any of the categories I mentioned. A Lyricist is just a small part of HipHop. Most great artists and groups were not lyrical. How lyrical can you be? Most of the HipHop in my generation we vibe( chilled) and party ( danced) to it mostly… sitting down and listening to it was more if we had the headphones on…
