It's interesting when he talks about trusting his masculinity, being a competent leader and a safe "container" for his partner. I think these thoughts are lost on so many people when it comes to relationship dynamics. People have a tendancy to complain about feeling unbalanced in relationships. I've had past relationships with men who never allowed me to feel safe. One ex-boyfriend even told me our relationship was overwhelming for him because the communication was "too much" and he always felt obligated to be thinking when I was around. I'm quite glad that ended and I didn't dim my light to try and appease him to make it work. I instead maintained faith and met my husband. He has a calm, masculine energy and is very open to communication. He's not a big talker but we feed off of each other's energy to where I can completely be myself, share my creativity and ideas and he just rolls with it. He's just magical to me because he always just radiates love, humor and understanding in a way that I can show my strength and he meets me with more strength and it creates an environment of love, continuous learning and growth.

❤ Similar story here. So happy you found a great partner. I love that my husband allows me to connect more to my feminine and let him be my safe place and lead more. Past relationships even in childhood I'd always be stuck in my protective and independent mind set. It's refreshing to be able to have a dependable man who is confident in his masculine.

Finally someone that seems real to me!! Someone who is not trying to convey this artificial idealisation of an "enlightened" person, as if they were superior, as if spiritual people never go through moments of despair, fear, sadness, anguish, anger.... The truth is that we are all on the same path, each in our own way and at our own perfect pace. We are all learning how to live better. There are no masters, only people and experiences.

This was SO SO GOOD! André when you read your journal entry about fear of freedom "what you fear is the known, a history that was traumatic that you now project into the future" BOOM!!! This whole talk was so damn enlightening. As someone who has lived life solely in my own head, I really needed this reminder to pay more attention to my body and its needs, and to find medicine in the free, abundant nature. Thank you thank you thank you both!

I really enjoyed this podcast (Andre is def one of my all time favorites!) I homeschool my 14/12 year olds and would love guidance on info regarding awareness of breath and different tools for breathing and how they affect the body (essentially learning how to “drive our cars” better). Although we homeschool, I still find a lot of programming content in books/curriculum and would like to incorporate more useful/meaningful/mindful aspects. Thank you! Sending love and gratitude to all ❤

You could implement meditation sessions into your homeschooling program. I found meditation after my husband passed away because I was just bombarded with anxiety and stress. There are so many great people on KZfaq right here on this platform. They have meditation channels and they release some phenomenal materials. My two favorites are Christian Thomas, his channel is called ‘meditation station’ and another one is Jason Stephenson. These two gentlemen release meditation stories for during the day and at night. They also implement breath work.

Received a lot of benefit from a lot in the podcast. What I would like to give my two cents on is the part where Aaron was talking about "deserving respect". Here's the deal, the Divine exists within all of us. We are all Children of the Light. Life is living you. Just the FACT that you are being lived, and that you are One with that Life makes you important, valuable and worthy of respect. Respect is not something you earn through your actions. It is realizing your Divine Essence which you share with everyone, and honoring it. It is not about how fit your body is, it is not about how much you have accomplished in the world, it is your inherent Being. Everyone is worthy of respect. If we do not see that, it is because we have bought into world thinking which says that what we DO determines our worth. That is a very painful way to live, because then we are never at complete rest, unless if we DO something. We miss out on our Natural State, which is Effortless Rest.

Thanks guys! I love the ambience you cultivate, peaceful and introspective yet also playful and can be carefree. In this one, it was most helpful Andre when you ask about those little practical everyday things we can integrate into our lives, then almost an hour later you reminded me of how just that little bit 1% everyday will add up over time. I tend to get impatient but i’ve been trying this for a few weeks now, some ups and downs, but the little changes definitely add up bc after about a year I now regularly experience thoughtlessness (or at least many of my goblins cant find a home here). Thank you! Love the talks

I genuinely love this video, learnt a lot, & there are lots of gems. I do want to talk about how I feel about how the terms masculine and feminine are often used in spiritual contexts. "feminine energy as a women, masculine energy as a man" I think our individual internal energetic dynamics are fast to wide, vast and ever changing to reduce into small ways of thinking, this type of "women want strong dependable man for safety to express creativity and nurture." Doesn't benefit women or any of us and is something we can evolve past. I don't think women are inherently more creative or nurturing than men. We are all individuals and again to unique to reduce into a monolith. I don't think men are inherently more providing or protecting. Queer ppl and relationships exist, men can play a submissive role in relationships and women can play a dominant role in relationships. this men = masculine, dominant, women = feminine, submissive is a historic generalisation that does more harm then good.

I was thinking about this theme as well. I believe that divine energy has all of those components within it and thus within every human. Focusing on honing and balancing our own divinity and harmonizing with another human being that suits you is more empowering!

I think about the box concept all the time. I mean, even look at the way construct our cities, from the power "grid" to the streets. All orthagonal, completely superimposed onto Mother Nature's way.

Hi, Andre! I rarely feel called to leave comment, but I adore your podcast! And once I heard your journal sharing... I have no idea when exactly you wrote it, but I have something so similar, I wrote in my journal on 25th, June. About the old habits and old patterns, that I want to release. And is challenge, because this is the single me I know. And although I understand and even feel how much more there is, it is a real challenge to let go of my own (old) identity and to stay without a shape and form even for a tiny moment. It is scary. And there is so much potential in the unknown, but for the mind accustomed to live in material world and to search for definition... it feels overwhelming at times. I love your sharing! Thank you so much for it! Much love ❤
