Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

I have been obsessed with listening to your podcasts since my sister showed me one, a few weeks ago, and this one, is probably the most profound for me. I am a hair stylist, and why I love my job is because I can connect with my clients on a much deeper level, and hold safe space for them. To hear and know their inner hearts and souls is the best for me. And I have wanted to do so much more than just hair. I want to be of a deeper service to humans, and I've always cut myself down with fear that I am not 'enough' to do more. You have inspired me to push myself to of higher service to others. Thank you

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! This was excellent! I viewed this in 4 sittings.. key takeaways for me we "holistically OWN ALL emotions" #paraphrasing p.s. I'm a senior, who still works F.T. as a courier.. the entire conversation AND it cadence really resonated.. honor your gifts was another key takeaway thus far. I intend to re-listen a few times to glean more richness. Oh, Christians point about "learning from (via) relativity" was genius I thought. Many blessings with authentic Gratitude!

An young podcaster and an young doctor talking so much sense. Your message is very powerful and I'm sure it is going to impact so many people in the world. In India, we used to practice all of what you are talking in this podcast. But in the name of modernity people refuse all these things that you are discussing. People don't find ways to stay healthy. They have become slaves to the medicines. It is so very refreshing to hear both of you talk the TRUTH. I would like to share something very valuable here. A great Guru named Subhash Patriji in India has taught a simple meditation technique to lakhs of people resulting in total transformation in their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health without taking any fees. The world needs to be healed urgently so I'm sharing this technique here so that you both and the other viewers try this and experience the benefit of it. People who can squat on the floor or on the chair can do that or they can cross their legs in the ankle. Then clasp their fingers, close their eyes sit in a totally relaxed posture by resting their back on their chair. Now start observing your natural breath whenever thought comes to the mind this process will lead the mind to a zero thought state that is when cosmic energy is drawn into the body from top of your head. All the magic happens after that. Total healing takes place and one gets connected to the source. This meditation can be done at any time, any place and as long as one wants finally keeping both the hands on the eyes backward counting from 5 to 0 should be done and then the eyes opened. People should stop eating garlic, mushroom and non vegetarian food including eggs. While meditating you can listen to Hindustani instrumental music which is available on the you tube which is going to take the meditator to a state of total bliss. This way the world can be healed within a short span of time. Lots of love and best wishes to Andre and Dr.Christain. Keep making such podcasts to dispel the darkness in the world.

I made it all the way to the end! Loved, loved, loved this podcast! You and Dr. G are SO right about the "sick care system". I am one of those "conventional medical providers" (I am a nurse practitioner for 26 years) and I can attest to the soul-crushing nature of those "two-minute visits". Because I have only a few years to retirement I have not wanted to make a big professional shift. So to combat burn out, over last year I have turned my practice into my spiritual community - this makes it a sacred space for me. In between the prescription pad, the lab results, and the phone calls, I am able to give love to myself and others in my practice environment. I cram in some holistic wisdom where ever I can - many times that wisdom is just listening to the other person. The mindset of work as a holy place makes me feel as if I am contributing to positively changing the sick care system in a small way. Please tell Dr. G - YAY! for the singing lessons! I started singing lessons in June and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It has completely realigned my nervous system and singing is just too, too, too fun! Thank you for this podcast, Andre. I have listened to three so far and each one has supported me in my inner journey. I look forward to hearing this week's show. You are in the right place, at the right time! God bless you. xoxo

Some great points about the tricks we miss. Especially on inflammation. Inflammation is indeed way more than just red skin or sore joints - it plays a part in almost every single thing that brings bad health & early death. One thing most of us are missing - even in this thorough interview - is _grounding_ We are fundamentally electrical beings - & by not regularly grounding, we are not accessing possible one of the greatest source of therapy that there is - along with the benefits of sunlight & the open sky. So far - one of the best protagonists for this mode of healing & health is a Dr Laura Koniver. She has a KZfaq channel.

Thank you both so much! This conversation was refreshingly authentic, quirky, fun, informative, balanced and elevating. I listened in segments and truly looked forward to returning to the episode each time. Quick question regarding mouth tape… I currently use 3M tape as well and I noticed something the other night as I was pulling tape off the roll. It was dark and I could see a line of electrical blue light right at the spot on the roll where the tape was lifting. My guess is that it’s chemicals from the glue on the tape creating some kind of electric reaction. It was trippy to see. I honestly don’t like the way the 3M tape feels on my lips and in the morning it hurts to peel off. Also knowing that I’m putting (possibly) toxic chemicals at the entry way of my mouth and potentially breathing that in all night is not exactly comforting. Just curious if either of you have heard of a more natural, non toxic mouth tape to try? Im feeling it may be something I’d like to create… Lots of love. Keep bringing the wonderfully thoughtful and beneficial content. It’s so inspiring.

Really interesting ! But i'm a little confused about the food part. Because if I listen to my body, I just eat unhealthy food. I have IBS, and I have a big problem with digesting Veggies, and fruits. My body can't digest most of them. and now, sometime, just thinking about fruit or veggies, i'm feeling not nauseaous. Even with the few fruits or veggies i'm okay with. Strangely, even with IBS, I can digest gluten without any problems. and eating desserts too. I always eat without screen, at the table. I even tried the No FODMAP diet for 1 year. Any advice are welcomed...

To the sick or those who want to sincerely repent for their wrongdoings to reconcile hatred. Why are we always suffering, mentally stressed, can get sick all over the organs system, bones and joints? Our illnesses come from our karmic creditor, who we have harmed in many previous lives and also in this life. Because of resentment, the karmic creditors come to collect the debt by harming us. Where did all these wrong doings come from? Because of 3 poisons: Greed, Hatred, and Ignorance. From our previous lives to this present day, these 3 poisons have caused us to harm countless sentient beings and have created bonds liking and hatred with one another. For example: You have been harming many beings, animals in the past and present life, then the retribution will be you being sick. Whichever parts of the body you are harming them, that part of your body will be particularly painful. We might contemplate our life, thinking about all the body (action), mouth (speech), mind (thought), if we have been harming beings surrounding us. Then, we will see why we are now suffering physically and mentally every moment in every day. Many incurable and dangerous diseases are increasing day by day, such as cancer, stroke, dementia, schizophrenia, etc... if we do not accept the retribution during the time when bad karma occurs in our life, instead, we focus on finding ways to fight back then this means that the debt has not been paid, equivalent to creating more new karma that makes our retributions becomes heavier. Since we understand this principle of the law of cause and effect, we should sincerely repent from the bottom of our heart, in order to end this cycle of paying debt and collecting debt from one another. www.chinkung.org/Tongue Relic from Venerable Master Chin Kung after the Cremation 03/09/2022
