Mancarea era într-adevăr românească , doar că André nu era in România , ci in Republica Moldova ! A plătit 11 lei și cincizeci de bani ( Moldovenești ) Aceeași " street food " in lei adevărați ar fi fost in jur de 50 - 70 lei . Detaliile sunt importante !

There is no oil in Mici. That's the meat juice. It's made on the grill and not in the pan with oil. They must be juicy to have the max flavor

The Kurtos at 8£ was definitely overpriced. It is tasty but it's definitely not 8£ tasty. The mici, sausage, chicken and soda are definitely worth the 11.5£. The mici are supposed to be slightly charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. They should also "bounce" back when squeezed. There are multiple types of meat combinations (most popular is beed+pork) and spices. We eat it with fresh bread (if possible) and Tecuci Mustard (like you had) and a nice cold beer. You can also add a hot pickled pepper. Glad you enjoyed our food man! Cheers (Noroc!)

Hi man! You need to go in Romania ... if you try all the romanian food, you don't live anymore. The bread you've had in London it is really not the romanian traditional one ... but you try the real one, hand made ... you see it ... I am also looking for to travel in Romania this year ... only don't go in comercial places ... if you find a good location you will have real good travel adventure.

0:40 Kürtős kalács is a hungarian food. It's originated from hungarians in transylvania (erdély, székelyföld) way before romanian annexation of transylvania. The very first recipe found is from 1784 written by a transylvanian woman. It also called chimney cake, It's tasty. The longer you wait, the crispier it becomes. So if you can't eat it in one go you can still enjoy it later.

Kurtos Kalacs is hungarian but romanian Cozonac tastes 100x better than this crust. Your is just the shell, ours is a full cake full of flavours. Anexation is not when majority of people are Romanians in that region. It is called Union and it is e stablished by vote of the leaders of region. This was happened in Transilvania. Ultra-nationalist Hungarian movements are still delusional about history facts

It was not an assault against romanians, i love you guys. Im just defending what's mine. About the annexation of transylvania, i did not say that because im angry or something. It's just a part of history. Transylvania was a part of hungary back then, now it's a part of romania. But hungarian traditions from transylvania still remains hungarian that's what i wanted to say basically.
