When he joined the cast last year I kept telling myself, I need to see this kid hes so incredible, I've never seen anyone as talented as him at such a young age. It sucks that I never actually got to go see him in person, but I know Jordan's gonna do great. Can't wait to see what Andrew does next after Harvard, and Alex as well. Happy Trails to the both of them.

Katherine Howes i saw this cast about a month ago, they were INCREDIBLE. and i love the original cast so i was scared my expectations were too high but they killed it

@@jess_k6281 that's how I felt when I saw the tour, it still felt like they were a little off but I was in the balcony so I felt like I wasnt really into the action since I was so far away from the stage. Next time I'm definitely getting a closer seat. They were still really good though, dont get me wrong, but maybe my expectations were just to high cause I had seen the obc bootleg so many times.

Katherine Howes i mean yea i’m the biggest ben platt fan ever like i adore him and the obc so much but honestly this cast was just as good as them imo (or at least andrew was)

Lowkey crying. Now there is no one left at deh from when I saw it. They were all so great though, Andrew was amazingly authentic honest and real. Alex was a perfect representation of Connor and again was honestly and authentic the entire time even though Connor isn’t actually like alive there. They were incredibly nice afterwards especially Andrew (alex only popped his head out the door) But he was being nice to everyone even though some people were being rude and he was listening to every person who stopped him to tell him something deeply personal and thanked every individual who was there. Just it was amazing he was amazing alex was amazing I’m so sad to not be seeing them in backstage videos and insta stories and lives and just not seeing their faces outside the music box whenever I go to ny and just not having them be part of deh anymore

i feel the exact same way, i never saw alex and instead saw his understudy, but i have to say andrew played a phenomenal evan. and he would always listen to every compliment or statement when i went to stage door. i wish i got to see him again but i’m so happy for him that he gets to go to his dream school and i really hope i get to see him again in the future. but anyway, i get what you mean, i felt beyond sad yesterday when i realized they would be bowing for the last time. and again, andrew made a phenomenal evan and embodied him so well. i will truly miss them playing as their characters.

I’m bawling my eyes out. I’m kicking myself for never seeing Andrew in person. Seeing Alex tho has changed my life forever. I’m gonna miss both of them

So sad that they're leaving. I watched all Andrew's broadway.com videos and I wish I could've seen them in the show. :( I heard they were fantastic.

Seeing Andrew and Alex in the show was literally one of the best moments in my life! I can’t believe it’s over, but they had a good run and soon they’ll be part of even bigger things!

Right at the end of the finale, the second after Andrew stopped singing, some guy in the center orchestra cheered loudly for him (I'm pretty sure it was his friend) and it was soooo funny.

Madelyn Backer I can’t even remember what was the worst one I’ve seen, so I’ll just give you Andrew’s worst one I saw. Which is when he was singing For Forever, and at the part he sings “ and theeerrrrrre he goes, racing towards the tallest tree” and jumps down from the dinner table to run to the front of the stage, as he stepped down from the platform, he tripped and fell at the front of the stage. He jumped right back up and kept singing, but yeah, it was kind of startling (for him most of all, no doubt!)

The iPhone must have some kind of camera-steadying device, because although I haven’t watched this yet, I do remember getting jostled around a bit in the audience!

I swear, tho. David to be honest portrays Evan soooo good when I listened to his version of Waving through a Window. But, I know that he'll do good as Connor Murphy. I just wonder how he'll look with his hair grown out long, since i've always seen him in photos with his hair cut short. XD

I kinda like Connor having short hair. Alex in 2018 did Connor with short hair and he honestly looked pretty hot ngl. Then he grew it out and it was still pretty cool. Either way, they'll just replace Jared's hair length joke with a joke about a manicure (referring to Connor's black nail-polished nails).

Yep, they did that too when Roman Banks is up for Connor Murphy. Still, I think this is gonna be a Broadway debut for David, right? Cause, pretty sure he's never been on a Broadway musical before. Can't wait to see both Jordan and David singing with the cast soon, and I hope Andrew and also Alex to have a bright future in their broadway career.

Madelyn Backer it’s not meant to be a literal representation of the actor playing the role. It’s like a logo, just an image meant to convey the character.
