Never tried to connect the dots between Rachel and Andrew until I saw them here together. Both the biggest stars in two of the best musical movies of the year, their performances are the core of their movies, theater performers at heart, Golden Globe winners, both have huge momentum in their careers rn, both with a Tony Kushner and Marc Webb connection. I hope they can finally meet in person in the Academy Awards. Love the representation talk from Rachel because she is right, it’s very complex. And I am so glad Rachel shed some light of that into mainstream media.

I adore that Andrew seems to want so badly to give Rachel the safe space and room to talk about what it's like to be such a young person just stepping into the industry. I feel like a lot of people treat these newer faces a specific way, and there's a loss of humanity to it -- almost as if they've suddenly gotten superpowers, and people just assume they're prepared to handle the weight of that and save the world all at once...like Andrew could've made this just another interview talking about the superficial side of things, and ratings, and box office numbers, and how she's gotten role after role, etc -- but instead he really made the tone one where it felt as if in a way he was simply asking if she was okay, and how she was handling everything, and expressing that he understood how crazy and overwhelming it can get, so he truly hopes she's able to experience the journey that she deserves. & Vice Versa with Rachel, I feel like it's beautiful to see her coming from both a perspective of someone who is clearly a fan, but now also understanding of the fact that in a way she's now become a respectable peer. They truly share a lot of similarities and I couldn't of picked a better duo to have this conversation- they're both articulate and beautiful and i'd love for them to remain friends and Andrew to take on that sort of older brother role (even tho I know Rachel has several of those atp - one can never have too many brother-friends who are down to look out for you!)

Rachel was incredible in WSS; any award she earns for playing Maria will be well deserved. Andrew strikes me as such an emotionally intelligent person. Every time I see an interview with him, you can tell he really listens to the person he’s speaking to and connects with them. He’s done some great interviews with Stephen Colbert where I first noticed that trait. I’m glad he’s finally getting more attention from the general public past playing Spiderman (although real ones know his version of Prior Walter was *chefs kiss*).

Then just about two days ago, I, for the first time ever, saw a clip of Rachel Zegler. She was on my favorite British talk show, The Graham Norton Show. I love all the little connections they have with each other. Andrew who we know and love is always so well spoken but Rachel is also so elegant and for someone so young! This was a 10/10 interview

I'm the same age as Rachel Zegler and seeing her be all successful makes me jealous with rage lmao. Where is all my success? Where is my Golden Globe? Why am I not having conversations with Andrew Garfield?

Rachel and Andrew are the same person from different worlds in the multiverse. Like their "origin" story is cannon. Their dads' backgrounds, dads' personality, doing sport, Marc Webb, Tony Kushner, and golden globes wins for musicals.

Whoever thought to put these two together deserves a raise. Just two actors in such different stages in their careers, yet sharing the same glow and passions and sparkles in their eyes. Love it! And Rachel's makeup and lighting for this is just *chef's kiss*
