Personally, I'd recommend sunglasses. I have friends who never wore sunglasses, and ended up with cataracts in their late 40s. I also remember an eye doctor treating people on a remote pacific island. Guess what they tended to have high rates of? Cataracts. He was working to prevent that by giving them sunglasses.

Andrew always delivers the goods. Really great episode. The questions that were asked were awesome as well. Allowed him to elaborate on some of the more complex topics. One thing that was a bit distracting was all the "shade throwing" between the couple. Must have been at least a dozen times throughout the show where they would say things like "I can't stand when he...." or "She gets so mad when I..." or "You saved our marriage when...". I guess all couples are different but I just found myself starting to laugh every time one of those comments were made. Haha!

I have the same thing going on with my left eye where it feels inflamed or the there is something in it when there’s nothing in it. And also with my vision getting fuzzy, especially seeing distances and I’m afraid it’s because I have too much screen time and looking at a small phone And I don’t get daylight wondering what this dude did to his eye issue as it sounds the same thing that I’m experiencing.

I had the same issue for years. What time do you wake up? What time do you exercise? What is your routine like? As females, our hormones and biochemistry is much different than males. And so certain things are huge sleep, disruptors for females, especially when that cortisol spikes. For me, now it doesn’t even matter if I have coffee late in the afternoon or early evening, as long as I get a good workout in and sweat followed by lots of stretching and deep breathing and making sure I eat a certain diet before bed, I can sleep. But when I go off of that or other things in my life, and waking up . Getting poor sleep and then having the caffeinate the entire next day. Thus continuing the cycle.

Every dermatologist (especially in Australia) cringing at the fact that he doesn’t wear SPF 😮 My ex fiancé was born in 1985 and he started consuming forms of p*rn from the age of 12. He physically couldn’t maintain an erection into adult hood (even at 35) as it turned into a full blown addiction. It spiralled into many other areas of his life (like any addiction). There’s definitely more accessibility to it now, but I think it’s been an issue for years, it was just harder.
