You're not crazy unless I am too; Damage champions are in a very bad state of balance as a class. Blasters like Betty, BK, and Drogoz can wipe entire teams with AoE, and Tyra and Octavia have abilities that provide a lot of varied benefits to their team. Meanwhile, Viktor, Lian, Kinessa, Strix, Cassie, and Imani struggle against the current meta because of how weak they are to flanks and how little AoE damage they do. Even though their DPS against single targets is fine, they don't have the same ability to lock down a choke like blasters can. I don't have a proposed fix for this, I'm just sad that I won't be able to play those struggling characters in Ranked, even though I like their mechanics.

Reduce Aoe effect. Higher damage shorter duration or longer lasting less damage

15:40 Yes, when you don't focus on talents (e.g. Formidable Fernando, Forgefire Barik, Slug Shot Ash, Tremors Inara, etc.) or items (e.g. Rejuvenate; a MUST-buy for any and all Frontlines).

THANK YOU. Not enough people seem to understand that capping opponents cauterize at 60% (sometimes 30% with the right cards) is vital for ALL frontlines. The main youtuber from my country is all about combining haven and veteran like its super smart, but the haven/rejuvenate combo is way more powerful, and tives your healer a way better time doing their job.

Is Khan's "increase movement speed by x for 3 seconds" good? Cuz it goes up to 42%, I like it to run out of situations or rush forward

@@happyhoppip9159 one of the two things I miss from khan is the UI when you have ult that tells you who your target for the ult is, similar to yag ult or seris or furia heals. The other one being his ridiculously OP talent that gave CC immunity to the team for a few seconds, but I get why it's removed.

@@theyhave268Lian's shield should be removed and replaced for that talent, but in a weaker version, instead of total cc immunity maybe give them 50% dr for like, the duration of shout + an extra 1-2s? the cooldown could be increased too idk

torv imo is the best offtank with a good flank but without relying on a flank khan definitely is the best

i have always wanted to get somebody to level 50 but could never stay motivated to get them there, inara is my highest level at 38 but i just cant seem to get her to level 40 even. do you have any tips to stay motivated or change up and make inara fun again

Khan is one of few "Tank" characters who are actually fun to play, not just in Paladins, but in games overall. Can't think more specific for more game examples, but other fun "tank" characters in my opinion are Ball from Overwatch and Newcastle from ApexLegends

Interesting, fairly-synergized and impactful kit and genuinely good damage (Storm of Bullets) that feels right when coordinating with your team.

Khan need base weapon DPS increase that DO NOT affect Storm of Bullet to make other talent viable

I think ash is kinda of a sleeper build. She rarely gets if ever gets banned in ranked , has good survivability (i use the ram talent) and is really good at keeping a team at a choke point while ppl cap. But ram gets hard counter by CC but sometimes u can play around it , like if there’s only a jenos (jenos + omen + etc be soo annoying) Ash is cool asf. PS I dont like using the meta characters it feels too cheesy

I agree Khan's kit and even his ult are great, but they really need to remove that half a second delay on his grab. Its such a clunky ult to use on controller having to take your finger off the aim for half a second (unless you turn your hand into a pretzel) causing me to miss most of my Khan ults. Remove that delay PLEASE!!!

You might consider remapping yout ult button if its hard o press while aiming, bht they really cant get rid of that delay because if it wasn't there than it would literally just be a hitscan instakill like jt was before

That tiny time is not enough to justify it as a reaction buffer or whatever. No, it just makes the ult clunky to use for controllers. Love the rest of his kit. Hate the delay in the ult. And I get why some might be scared of making it the ult it used to be but this game has changed so much since then and there are much better ways of balancing it than just making it hella clunky to use.

@@happyhoppip9159 its not meant to be a reaction buffer, its meant to do exactly what you're struggling with, simply make it harder to hit. There are complaints from contorller and k+m players alike about it, its literally just meant to maje it harder to use
