Victoria is excellent and underappreciated. She was outstanding at the community events. Hoping good things for her.

Kelli was only happy to use her then shut her down. Victoria would have been a great “big sister” mentor to the rookies. They could have created a role for her to do that.

What they are paid is disgraceful. They're expected to work out, eat right, and maintain a perfect image WHILE having to work another full-time job and practice every day. The mascot gets a full-time salary for doing nothing. The girls should as well.
@sportgamer3255Ай бұрын
The Netflix documentary the Chief Brand Officer of the cowboys said it’s an honor to cheer, you should want to take little pay because it’s the cowboys 😂

I agree. Jerry Jones can build a billion dollar stadium but can't pay the DCC's a decent salary. It's a disgrace. He's got PLENTY of money to do so.
@fluffytail6355Ай бұрын
@@sportgamer3255you mean, Charlotte Jones? The owner’s daughter? Doesn’t she get a salary? She should work for free because it’s an honor to be her daddy’s daughter in that role.

I believe this series and DCC will bring the Cowboys more fans globally (I live in Australia). And yes, they def deserve a pay rise!

I doubt that. She can’t even get a 37th member on the team. Let alone dictate raises. She’s in the same boat as them. I don’t think she’s paid enough for what she does either.

I’m so shocked on how little they get paid! It’s 2024 you would think as women who’s the face of their business and representing the company would get paid more than what they get paid. Not only all the time and effort but the emotional and psychological and psychical toll on their body. They make millions each year. Common women do better! for better pay rights.

Tbh I hate to say this but they were right about Victoria. She didnt come across like a leader and she struggled to even interact with the other girls. that’s what they showed at least. May have been different in reality. She also didn’t seem like one of the stronger dancers in the group. She struggled a bit.
@carolinagirl3110Ай бұрын
Yeah, that was painful to watch Victoria not connect with the other ladies (the one scene when she walked up to them and then all of a sudden they walked away)....she even admitted not having a connection with that current team....it was sad to see.
@bvbyxo631823 күн бұрын
she was a very strong dancer in the past seasons, her energy deflated because she was struggling mentally. kelli and judy were also very hard on victoria, and giving her false promises. im sure victoria in the end struggled to keep proving everyone wrong over and over, she was not recognized enough and not given an opportunity to express her full potential. if you watched the show, you would know that she tried really hard to connect with the other girls -- but they did not reciprocate an interest in getting to know victoria. victoria spent her bday alone too. kelcey acknowledged that it was hard for vic to find a place on the team, having taken a gap year. but kelcey warmly embraced the rookies, so i dont see how she couldnt have done the same for victoria. some leader...i think victoria would make an excellent leader as she shows love and dedication in everything she does, despite not receiving it back,

I have watched the series on cable and it was much better than the Netflix special, because it really delved into the entire process of becoming a DCC. If they do it again, I hope they leave more time to show the world the process and allow fans to see more of the cheerleaders and their stories. From DFW, and not a big cowboy fan but a big DCC fan.

While I found the series entertaining, the differing messages and treatment of these female athletes versus the male athletes of this organization is everything women have fought against. They speak about Christianity and then are sexually objectified as a "gift from Christ." When did wearing scanty clothes, dancing provocatively and living with your boyfriend become Christian? These are very talented, intelligent women who should be treated far better. Shame on the Cowboy Organization.
@carriefawcett9990Ай бұрын
As Reece stated, it's about having a relationship with Christ. It's not a religion. Religions are the ones with all the rules. Dancing, doing what you love, living with your *fiancee* and wearing a uniform that you fought to get, is not anti-christ. Why demonise someone when they are doing nothing wrong?
