The way Hillary kept looking at Emmy after Emmy said that about her father was seriously so sweet.

This movie took me by surprise once I started watching couldn't stop. Hilary and Emmy gave great performances. The film makes you think about each day a precious gift don't take life for granted, live each day to the fullest, for nothing is guaranteed. I'm a guy and I cried!

I lost my mother to Lou Gehrig's Disease in May of 2013. She was my best friend and the greatest mother to ever have. I bawled my eyes out every other minute in this movie. Being a sophomore in high school and having to take care of my mother battling ALS is one of the scariest things a kid can go through. She was so positive, so happy all the time. A true inspiration. I love you mommy ❤️

We rarely get an opportunity to see 2 such great performances in 1 film. I was incredibly impressed and moved.

The greatest gift of my life was holding my mother in my arms when she passed away from brain cancer. This is a truly remarkable movie which did a fabulous job of depicting the absolute pettiness and self centeredness of family and the true love and friendship of strangers. Both Hilary Swank and Emmy Rossum did Oscar winning performances in this film.

I can´t even express how much I admire Hillary and how deeply I love her. She is one of the greatest and most talented actress in this time....but it actually makes me kinda sad. Because of her stunning acting skills she gets always leading role with tragic death. I mean, she played that characters (Brandon Teena, Maggie Fitzgerald, Kate Parker) amazingly, but I love when she show us her shining and cute smile, I don´t wanna see her to suffer again. LOVE YOU HILLARY ♥

If you really want to see Emmy in all her glory, "Phantom of the Opera." She has the lead role of Christine and shows her true vocal abilites. The singing she did in "You're Not You" doesn't do her justice.

Freedom writers, boys don’t cry, what they had, p.s I love you, and of course you’re not you!!!! She in every one of these movies have in a way inspired specially in this one. It teaches to never give up on spirit, in her character she never gave up, she wanted someone to treat her like a person not like someone who is dying, THAT SHOWS PERSEVERANCE, BRAVERY, and OVERALL RESILIENCE!!! 😢😢😢👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’m still poseer she didn’t get an award nor she got nominated for best actress.
