I have Andrew, so I know what I'm talking about! :) :) (So far, I've attended two lessons at a local craft centre, and am determined to do better. I've followed advice & invested in good paints/paper from the start. One day, I just may do them justice!) PS: Many thanks for the encouragement.

I have been looking at several of your of your videos and as i would love to start trying to do some watercolour painting but thought i would like to try pencil watercolour and have been given a set of 80 colour pencils which I have been busy resharpening. Now I think i could make a start but as I in my late eighties, am just a bit unsure and am wondering if I have left it to late?

Hi Margaretina it’s never to late everyday is a new day so start today. I would suggest you chose the colours that match mine and start with small areas like a leaf and build up from there...have fun Andrew

Lothar Mayring put some paints and paper on your birthday holiday wish list to all your friends/ family! I started with a tin of prang paints my kids from elementry school. Not painting much better but don't feel so bad spending $$.
