😅He is a renowned Historian and a man of integrity. The people covering the wealthy entitled people from their crimes are just as guilty. They should think on that. I’m sure there is worse than the abuse but also murder where there is fear of young people recognising and telling people of the abuse they have suffered. Imagine they cannot go to police because they shelve anything to do with elites, politicians and royals being uncovered as pedophiles. Also personalities from tv and film. It is right across the board. It will all be uncovered in due course, the truth will out.

Dont hold your breathe. It wont happen the either. Here in the States in 2017, a massive trove of JFK files were supposed to be released. Trump ran on that he would make sure they were released. 2017 came along and even Trump said no fucking way. Your interview style is so refreshing - you're genuinely interested in your interviewee's answers and you give them plenty of time to formulate their responses and respond at length; no interruptions, no gotcha moments and no self-importance. I quite see how you wouldn't have fitted in at the BBC! Well done. I hugely admire Andrew Lownie's bravery, integrity and resolve. Will check out if I can download The Traitor KIng to my Kindle.

I lived on Portland when Andrew was doing a stint there, and I had a Saturday night job in a pub near the Naval base. None of the RN base staff who came into the pub had a good word to say about Andrew, unlike brother Charles, who had been there a few years earlier, who they described as "a good bloke"

If Prince Andrew had A Sex thing with the 17 Yr old here in London why is he said to have committed an offence because here in UK its legal at 16 yrs old. And when she was stood next to him she seemed very happy to be there.... I think she knew what she was doing. They are much wiser than I was at that age. I'm not defending Prince A, but maybe he didn't want his daughters knowing or his ex wife, because at one point they still shared a home. I don't know... If he was in a nightclub and came out sweating, but some of them places are clostrophobic, and it's not said what season it was. And perhaps he needed air. Now if he was in a country where the consenting age is higher and the situ took place where that law is different, then I accept its breaking the law of consent.... Having S relation with said minor in another country... So he paid out up to 20 million dollars... She did OK there. Maybe Prince Andrew is the scapegoat diverting from the bigger crimes of others. It's always been a cover up. Mount batton a known p for young boys... Maybe that's why his ship was destroyed. I can take my family history back one hundred and fifty years, and I worked out a system the criminals kept on file for abused children in families, and kept track of them growing up and having their own kids. A cycle of abuse repeating patterns right back involving Authorities of various establishments... Evil.. And always covered up.. A few are made examples of, they have to put people away to justify their own cover

I'm no supporter of the IRA. They had a policy of not targeting royalty. Apparently, however, they made an exception of Mountbatten because of his fondness of local Irish children. The irish government and guarda knew about it but turned a blind eye to it. The IRA executed him for his behaviour with Irish children.

I was a civil servant from 1991 until 2012. Our paper files were comprehensive but with computerisation the filing became very inconsistent. Some working files were stored on “personal drives” on the departmental system and some made it to the “shared drives” but not always and the filing titles weren’t always meaningful or consistent. Lots of decisions made by email exchanges won’t have been transferred to the filing system. When you moved jobs it was a personal responsibility to tidy up your emails and files but work loads didn’t make it easy to do. I do think there will be significant gaps in records for future historians.

@@knielson1201that means nothing. Being close to PC as a young man, would have been a good cover. PC was very upset at the loss and it could possibly be that things came to light. It's MI5 and MI6 who have all the info, however they don't tell the RF everything, to "protect" than and in a "need to know", but it's often been, that it's implicated them instead. PC and PA have never been close, there's always been an aggression. And it's PC who insisted PA was stood down, with the backing of Princess Anne and PW. At the end of the day, we're not going to know the full details, it's a guessing game and assumption. As for the destruction of files, we've only got to look at the "clean up" that was done in Rach's past by MI5 and MI6... Similar to the FBI and CIA in the US.

Look into the native kids in a kids home in Canada that went missing when the Royals went there. There is also a reason why Maxwell's father ended up going over the side of a boat all them years ago

I did do a lot of research in to the alleged Kamloops incident that is said to have taken place on 10/10/1964. The symbology and gematria of the date could be significant. However, there is one thing I discovered during my research that throws the entire story. That is that QE & PP were in Ontario during this time, and thousands of miles away from British Columbia. For that reason alone, I find the story by Kevin Arnett not credible at all.

I love Andrew Lownie, thank you for having him on. The 1st time I ever saw him was when he was on your other channel talking about Mountbatten, which I had read about in the past few years, so that caught my attention and so glad I watched. I also searched him on YT and found his podcast Scandal Mongers, which I equally love.

Really enjoyed this podcast, and Andrew Lonnie's expertise and insights. Mount Baton has been a source of interest for me for a while now. I have read horrific sexual things about aour Mount Baton and his wife, who it serms was hyper sexual and had numerous affairs. Neither he or his wife seemed to care about one another's affairs. This is only the third time I have come to Heretics ....I used to watch your other offerings. So far, I like Heretics very much. More varied subject matter. Great job Andrew. Your getting ever more popular.

I just learned new things about Lord Mountbatten here from this interview, and I have watched quite a few documentaries on the Royals that included Mountbatten. Geeze I love history! Depending on where you get your information it's all groomed and doctored. The royal family is a evil biz. And that's coming from somebody who likes the idea but just think the people are not worth it. Heck if the king was great I'd say bring the empire back.

The Kincora Scandal was written regarding the sexual abuse of vulnerable children with members of all strata in society were the abusers. Jeffrey Donaldson of the DUP has been charged with historic sexual offences. Paedophiles in the IRA were covered up during the war in the North. Sentencing here is comical mostly 4-5 years in southern Ireland. They've even got their own prison ffs!
