Best podcast of my life, like I've been working towards it all for years while this guy was doing same thing 1000 times harder at Stanford and drops his knowledge bomb and fills in all of the pieces... amazing, yellow blue light, I found clear sight to the horizon in my hood dawn and dusk, sunglasses over blue blockers, man these tweaks are really working!

I read, that high intensity exercise should not be performed frequently, as it induces stress on our nervous system, that can lead to overtraining or perhaps even burnout. Would the same principle apply to high intensity and volume of mental exercises, that could potentially cause this disruption in sleep, or not being able to fall asleep, or waking up feeling tired. What would be the most optimal time of the day to participate in these strenuous mental activities, in order to benefit from them the most and at the same time not affecting our sleep quality and quantity? Thank you Andrew for your time and energy, that you devote to this channel. It is absolutely amazing!

Haven’t missed an episode and I don’t plan on it! Thank you Mr Huberman! ☺️

So much information, so useful, and so well explained, also giving references and saying where to look to dig deeper on every area. One of the best divulgative podcasts I've ever seen. Overlaps perfectly with lots of areas that I was already exploring, and for sure will add tracking these parameters just to find out what I've been missing about my body and its "fine tuning".

Hey Dr. Huberman, thanks for all of your hard work so far. As evidenced by the comments it's clearly paying off with an educated and empowered audience - myself included! I am currently in a masters program for Applied Neuroscience at KCL, and this podcast has been a fantastic supplement, so before I ask a question I just want to say thank you. I think it would be interesting to learn about the neuroscience of ADHD, particularly how the following is explained through the lens of a neuroscientist: - distraction in the brain, - difficulty/inability to concentrate, - difference in firing patterns when one is trying to concentrate on one task vs. being fragmented - differences between ADHD inattentive vs hyperactive - whether or not the whole concept of ADHD is something that can be alleviated through protocols (NSDR, belief system that it can be changed, etc) - is there literature on ADHD being a problem we can completely alleviate or is the only solution some sort of palliative care - any advice on how to apply neuroscience principles on managing ADHD - this one is probably not related to your content, but worth mentioning: is ADHD more a byproduct of the modern environment we live in (lots of optionality with where to place our attention), or has there always been some % of population with attention deficit? Akin to coronary heart disease not being a major disease until the 40s/50s American diet + cigarette use + extended life expectancy

That is rare in any case due to the fact that usually there's 1 in every channel even as a joke but I think that all the individuals here understand just how spectacular and informative the data really is! Thank you so much for educating us on all the vast information regarding biological benefits of how to stimulate the body, brain, mood, sleep, etc. You definitely have a fan/ student for life! 🙏☝
