Yes it is hard to get those volumes on a volume workout, do not need that volume if doing high intensity, why do you not know this. Both work just different methods.

Artificial sweeteners work for weight loss provided you track calorie intake. I have been eating artificially sweetened desserts, cakes etc (homemade recipes), and diet soda, and have had weight loss. It has helped me dramatically to keep my weight after the initial loss phase too as it completely satisfied my cravings. They do work but you still need to know your overall calorie intake. The studies were made on people who don’t do that, just consume diet soda. Big difference

Ageing is a disease. When God created there was no age. Ageless Adam and Eve. But later with their choice and disobedient there comes a curse from Godcwhich led to the first system failure in our Biology. Death wasnt a purpose but our choice.

Could it be that on that particular year when the grades went down either the teachers weren't effective enough or that batch of students weren't as competent or the questions for that particular year's examinations were harder than before or the exam papers were graded by stricter teachers? If you change your school timing to later in the morning they might go to bed later. So the data can be wrong.

I’m category 4: brush and floss my teeth whenever I feel their dirty….. (about once or twice a week :| ) Or I have bad breath….. Yes I know needs work XD Surprisingly tho, the thing damaging my teeth, is my teeth… (grinding in sleep). Have only had one cavity hole drilled and sealed. But biggest lesson, is to stop using mouthwash (which I used to always do when I would brush) Time for that to change tho

I really appreciated your acknowledgment of the need for assessing in the moment what styyle of meditation fits best... for myself i think i woul try what your recommendating and if i was drawn to internal focus going external however, in a 5min example i might do 2mins internal if it feels particularly nourishing, then 3mins external. Also, my work has trained me to be a lot more interoceptive and i have notice an unhelpful increase in sensitivity, so introducing exteroceptive practice I think will make a big difference... let's see! i needed these ideas and details youve shared here. Sending you my appreciation

I have a theory: when i watch two or more “conspiracy theory” videos YouTub decides I must be crazy so it recommends I listen to this video to teach me to get a life aka, “find my purpose” and stop being crazy aka improve my mental health. 😂 Keep it up KZfaq. May if you feed me this video 15 or 20 more times I’ll become a good boy that goes along with the approved way of thinking

I’ve been microdosing mdma or sassafras when going out rather than drinking alcohol. Alcohol, even one drink, makes me ill. MDMA or sass makes me feel great. I do worry about depleting my happy hormones tho.

“Or an animal, or a thing” is beyond frustrating. An animal is a person. I lost my dad and am watching this thinking “does he really not understand humanity and life enough to know how an animal and a human are both people with personhood?” Cmon Andrew, level up and progress a little

Science actually figures out if a hypothesis is wrong. When the hypothesis is correct, we can't know because some other explanation might be the correct one, and we just didn't test the hypothesis in a way that would elucidate the discrepancy. Science is a process of elimination.

Used it daily from 14 to 19 . Had its benefits in the beginning reducing anxiety, but then I started using the plant too much , and obviously that wrong approach caused my addiction to the substance. To those who say it’s not addictive, I got to the point of selling personal belongings to buy it… I have been 2 years sober from it .
