This is akin to Federer's 4th round match at the French in 2009; most important comeback of his career.

Andy Murray has always been kinda hero for me... I would request Andy Murray vs Milos Raonic Wimbledon 2016 Final | Full Match Replay.

Being both a talented actor 'and' tennis player is rare. Antonio Banderas should be proud of himself.

murray won this wimbledon on the back of pure grit, guts and mental fortitude. He was outplayed here against verdasco and against janowicz in the semi final, but refused to be denied. Didn't give an inch, stayed within touching distance at all times and waited for his opponents to waver, then he held firm like a rock and prevailed.

who would've guessed Murray's easiest opponent in the second week would be Djokovic?

@Feed me a hammer and I will crap out nails. this is so true i know Novak won more but still feel Murray is better on grass

Feed me a hammer and I will crap out nails. Murray also beat Djokovic at the Olympics 2012 in a grueling encounter. He’s actually 5-0 in sets against Djokovic on grass
@Jamesyates26093 жыл бұрын
Josh Jones No way is Murray better than Djokovic on grass. 5 titles vs 2. Djokovic beat Nadal once and Federer who is the best grass courter ever 3 times. Murray has never defeated nadal or Federer at Wimbledon
@mastershake8863 жыл бұрын
James F He’s not better but his game is more naturally suited to grass. His touch/feel and volleys are exceptional, also very good slice and dropshot.
@MrAvocado57510 ай бұрын
@@Jamesyates2609 technically, he has beaten Federer "at Wimbledon" the 2012 Olympics was held there.

Hard to understand why Verdasco hasn’t done more in his career. Can crack the serve, has a massive topspin FH, & a solid BH.
@regworld11673 жыл бұрын
He's playing in the era of the' big 4'. If he can't close out a match against the weakest of the big four, then that's the answer.

Andrew Castle literally tells the umpire off for telling the crowd to be quiet during the points, and Boris is supposed to be the expert analyst but doesn't see that Murray's defensive style in this match is what won it. Tim Henman is the best commentator out of the three - and the quietest. Not a coincedence.

Novak was very weak mentally in big matches in slams at the time. He won 3 slams from 12-14 and he could have lost all those 3 too.

More like underrated. He beat prime Djokovic and Nadal 2 times each in grand slams, beat Fed and Del Po to win 2 OG medals, won a WTF against Djokovic and managed to reach world number 1. He was an underachiever in my eyes with the talent he had.

Jacob Schmidt underachiever? How he won so much with that second serve he has I’ll never know.
@liberalegypt3 жыл бұрын
He beats the three goats 5 times in GS and that means he deserves win 5 Grand Slam but he win just 3 and swapped the remaining 2 slams with 2 golden Olympics if he gave these golden medals to Federer & Djokovic and win Australian open twice it will be more normal
