Delicious Smoke Brisket, cooked Andy Style, which due to dietary requirements is a little more of an aggressive smoke (fast), opposed to a slow smoke (Juicy). However I do have another brisket which will be smoked at a later date using the slow smoke method.
Do not be fooled though as this method turned out absolutely gorgeous, full of flavor, and still very juicy! Served with a side of mash potatoes and fresh vegetable's, this dish will WOW anyone who is lucky enough to taste it!
