Andy, you are right on the money. Slow them down, build common ground. Find out how they bought their last vehicle. New or used. How did they get their payment so low. Use, Improve the buyers situation on them. I did the sales training when I was a closer at Maita Chevrolet in California. We used Grant Cardone. Which is what I feel is in your training. Basically 20 years in auto sales. Most my years in management. Desk, new car manager. But my favorite and most time was closing. Your energy is contagious. Strong word tracks. Love it. Noel

Here in South Australia where I’m from people are very Covid scared and don’t want to shake hands. Along with that we have to wear a mask at all times which makes smiling not visible.
