The roof and deck looks awesome. The color of the wood is something else. it´s been great fun to follow along and see the progress. You are doing a great job together with your dad and your friend.

That’s how you know how engrossed in your project you were. Took a trip for the deck gods lol. Get some Velcro for the lighting remote so you can have a place for it with easy access that doesn’t get buried. Loving the series.

Hey Andy, that looks great! I especially love the look of the T&G ceiling. Just stunning. It's great how you're planning out the details on the board ends and shimming the joists. Very nice touch! Someday when you're 60, you'll feel a muscle ache and go ... oh yeah, that's from when I fell off the deck way back in '23. Trust me on this.

The deck, ceiling and lighting all look amazing. Glad no major physical injuries, ego might have taken a shot though. Railings next? :^) Good call on taking possession of the remote. It would have evaporated about three minutes later. Thanks for the video.

The Thermory wood looks superb and pretty cool how the ends joint together. On the stair treads, I wondered if you treated the wood shims? Even though your space is covered, if you taped the tops of the joists it would make sense to also have rot-resistant or rot-proof shims. The small lights in the soffit look really elegant.

Andy, really hoping you’ll give opinion and explanation why the decking material is a good product. I understand they dry it out. You used the word “brittle” in todays video? The decking can’t be brittle. Why did you go with this product over epee for example or trex? You didn’t wear a mask? Are the fumes and dust particles less severe than other woods. What other drawback exist if any for this product or is it as near as one can get to tile without the weight. Is it resistant to termites. Costs$

I just found ya nice looking material and workmanship but I can't help but mention no fencing around that pool I see this many times on you tube I know you're well aware of it but it always causes me to worry thanks for sharing
