In Puerto Rico UPS is working horribly! My things have gotten “lost”, they have marked an item like delivered yet I haven’t gotten it and last issua was that mu address wasn’t correct and when I contacted them they told me they couldnt deliver my package because my area wasn’t in their coverage area and they needed to make a new route when the truck literally passes in front of my house every single day. After this pandemic UPS has been just horrible in my country yet USPS has been delivering even earlier than expected. Super surprised

Hi Angela, I have brother 10 needle and just got the mighty hoop, it's heavy and seems to bend the machine arm down, i'm worried it will catch on the machine when moving on embroidery

Check out the Mighty Hoop "tubular hoop support". It slides on to the machine to provide additional stability to the hoop.

Hi. How to convert .dst file to .jpg file format. In embrillace software I did not find .Jpg in save as options. Any thoughts. Thanks

You cannot convert embroidery files into jpg. however, check the software to see if it has an "export as" that might give you an option to export/save as bitmap. Then you can open it and save it as a jpg using photo software. Otherwise, a workaround would be to take a screenshot using "print screen" and then paste it into MS Paint, and then you can save that as a jpg.

You might have to wait a while sadly but sometimes if you're lucky, Amazon might have one that isn't so high
