You missed French Guiana. It's not actually a country. It's a colony/overseas territory of France. It's east of Suriname. I'm surprised that map also omitted Kaieteur Falls in Guyana. It's the largest single drop waterfall in the world.

I think us Peruvian's have pretty good food. Look at a Lomo Saltado or even try it and i guarantee youll love it. There's also places like Chifa which i believe is peruvian mixed with Chinese food.
