At her last concert on July 10th 2022, when Angelina told why she sings this song and dedicated it to her grandmother Mery Zamani ( she couldn't accompany Angelina on her trip to Norway), I understand this song completely differently. Watched her sing this live on the 10th July. She did a soundcheck in the afternoon before the show where she sang it twice, then parts of it slightly different with her band. Quite awesome presence on stage, smiling, laughing and waving at the crowd.

Sarah, a few vocal coaches I truly respect, said, that Angelina had assembled/gathered a lot of singing tools in her tool box, since age 3, yes 3, she started practicing 36 hours a week from age 3 to 4. She has more experience in her art, than most grown up vocalists. A nice gentleman said: "There is talent and then there is Angelina", I think this is correct. I got tears inmy eyes, BIG time 🙂 But, my Dear Sarah, do you know what's even MORE crazy ???? This is the way Angelina sounded after singing the song two times, back to back. One of the most demanding songs to sing ever written. Because of some technical issues (I believe it was due to the heavy wind constantly blowing her hair onto her eyes and mouth), the producer gave her like ONE minute, and then she had to do it allover again. Not even enough time to get her breath back (as if she ever ran out of breath...LOL ) Also take into account that she had aleady performed it two times before this, both on the rehearsal and the sound check. And she did the same with her performance of "Bohemian Rhapsody". She performed B.R. early in the programme, and finished the programme with "I Have Nothing". And LASTLY, also take into account that these two performances were the first time live on a stage since she participated on America's Got Talent The Champions in 2020, when she was 13. This was also her first visit to her home country (Norway) in almost 3 years, due to the pandemic. (She moved to LA when she was 12 ) Still she shows up like this, well aware that she had the eyes and ears of a whole nation on her. (This programme, Allsang På Grensen, is one of the most popular music programmes on Norwegian television, and has been running during the prime summer months for 15 years straight, this sadly being the last season. This was Angelina's 4th time performing here. ) IMHO Angelina is the greatest singer alive today, and she will only get better. They contracted to record the televised version Live, which meant that Angelina had to sing this song twice . . . back-to-back! Do you have any idea what this did to her voice? It is performances like this one that in my opinion separate Angelina from other great singers , she sings from deep down in her soul .
