Grazie per la bella reazione Paolo, questa è il suo primo originale con Republic Records, ma lei aveva già pubblicato in autonomia altri 3 originali "Oslo", "What Is Life" and "Shield". Angelina, una cantante unica e una famiglia fantastica e dolce attorno a lei, insieme sono davvero una realtà meravigliosa. Questa è una canzone dolcissima, profonda e molto intensa e dedicata con infinito amore al nonno scomparso pochi mesi prima e a tutte le persone che hanno perso qualcuno. Allo stesso tempo è anche una canzone piena di speranza e dolcezza, con testi bellissimi scritti a soli 13 anni. Angelina non è mai quello che ti aspetti, è sempre oltre, è fuori dagli standard, per quanto alti possano essere.💛🧡❤

Ottima analisi Paolo. Penso che fondamentalmente Angelina sia una cantastorie, e se tanto mi da tanto diverrà la più grande della storia. Ha anche scritto un libro a 9 anni tratto dal suo diario, che racconta l'incontro e il patto con la povera bambina che la porterà ad esibirsi a piedi nudi, illustrato dalla nonna poetessa, pittrice, ecc.. Anche nelle cover possiamo dire che lei ascolta i testi, adattando la musica alla narrazione e alla sua comprensione. Il suo modo di cantare le storie è ipnotico ed emotivo per molti stando ai commenti è anche curativo. Non ha uno stile musicale predefinito, ma adatta la musica ai testi e a volte anche al contesto dove canta.

Paolo you have to watch her perform this at Kurbadhagen in Norway in 2022. It was an open air concert and she sounded even better live (IMO). She slowed it down and the emotion was incredible. Nice reaction, thanks you.

This song is right at the top of my Angelina originals. It seems sad but it is actually a song of hope. She dedicated it to her grandfather who had passed and it is also dedicated to all of us who have lost a loved one. This actually wasn't Angelina's first original song. What is life, shield, Oslo, were all written when she was 11 and 12 and they're all beautiful.
