Every note she sings is intentional. She is a singer, composer, arranger and musician. Truly one of the most beautiful voices I have heard in 63 years. She is magic.

I've listened to dozens and dozens of reactors who have reacted to this video. Many of them are professional vocal coaches. You're the only one who has ever said that Angelina was off key at the beginning of the song. In my personal opinion, she is NOT off key even one iota. Even the QUEEN group themselves gave her high praise for this performance on their official channel.

In the age of 9 she performed a breathtaking version of Screamin'Jay Hawkins' "I Put A Spell On You" the black and white studio version. Also great her Adele covers, my favourite is "Million Years Ago" at the age of 12. She is 15 now and has originals too. "What IsLife" (11) "Oslo" (11) "Shield" (12) "Million Miles" for her Grandfather, who passed away (14) and recently "7th Heaven" . The last 2 ones are best in the studio live version. So, before there was a Amy Winehouse, Adele or Norah Jones, there was Billy Holiday, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn etc. These are the ladies Angelina grew up listening to. Her grandmother played these records for her from a baby.

I think you are right on the money with your analogies to the three different singers. There have been comparisons between Angelina and each of them. But the reality is she doesn't really sound like any one of them. She is a combination of influences which include many of the early classic and legendary singers such as Billie Holiday, Etta James, Ella fitzgerald, and even Elvis Presley and Lana Del Rey. Million Miles (Live in studio) is an original about the loss of her beloved grandpa & 7th Heaven (Studio performance) is an original jazz song about living life with hope. I think "over the top" is the right answer here! AJ always delivers a good performance but so do at least a dozen other young singers! Of course, a song like "Goodbye yellow Brick Road" triggers emotions in the listener and that's probably what Sir Elton John wanted to achieve when he wrote this song! Decisive for the fact that are so stirred, affected or happy is besides a good sound solely the song lyrics! It is the well-chosen words that make us cry, no more and no less! When AJ covers this song (which she does really well) it's not her performance as such, but the lyrics that touch us!!! Especially for this music a good lyric is essential! That means, in other words to get an "OMG" or "Wow" for a performance AJ (and all other "cover ladies") would have to be able to write own songs that say something and touch the listeners!!! But that's a gift (something you can't learn) and AJ definitely didn't get that gift even if you wish it so much!!! Stay healthy H. W. Z
