I simply do not tire of hearing her voice. It's therapeutic and becoming a necessary piece of daily life. She once said that singing is as important as breathing to her. Having to hear her voice is getting close to that.

@@jeanwalker2665 I looked up lavage and you are right. It is the feeling I succumb to when listening to "Everytime we say goodbye". There is something untouched about her singing and her voice. It brings the better self out. Other times though, it is like the humming of the Universe. Something primal. "Stay" and "It's a Man's World" comes to mind. I often wonder if Angelina, at the age of 20 or so, will tire of performing and retire to raise goats or become Norways PM or some such thing. Even now, at times, I detect weariness in her demeanour.

Hopefully, as evidenced by the very carefully crafted protection by her family this once in a generation talent will stay grounded in her upbringing( train up a child in the way they should go and they will not depart from it)... Her family have turned down many lucrative contracts including Disney. This to allow Angelina to have as much a normal childhood as is possible. Hopefully she retains this guidance as her life moves forward

If you ever get a chance on your own look up a girl name Karise Eden she was on the boys in 2019 or 2020 I’m not really sure this girl is awesome she was 18 when she was on the boys and I’m telling you you like the blues the soulfulness the smooth everything this girl she paid her to use in life before she turned 18 and she’s got that voice you really really really I cannot express enough you need to check her out you think Angela Jordan is good old man they’re both awesome totally awesomeI could hear them 150 times or more in one day and still not ever get tired of them it is awesome

think Ivan is her go to guitarist when she is in US, when she is back in Norway she team up with Egil Clausen, those 2 have the greatest job ever. Omer Bhatti one of the judges on norway talents has later become friends with the family, he helps driving places and such, he told in a interview recently when AJ starts singing in the car he just have to pull over and stop to listen

Tom Bredesen - she (or someone near her) has a knack for choosing great accompanists - they are accomplished musicians who follow the arrangements flawlessly without attempting to draw attention to themselves....and seem to be enjoying her company.

One gets the sense that she didn't rehearse this much...still checking the lyrics occasionally but never a glitch. Ivan knows what she wants and needs...always in sync.

And it’s so wonderful to see the expressions on his face as he’s appreciating her as much as I am! It’s like he’s expressing my emotion. Just beautiful!

She has always had a way reaching into the depths of my very being and touch me like no other. I can't really explain it. Even though I have heard this song at least 50 times...this time it really got to me. Maybe it has to do with the mess the whole world is in today. I have no idea...I am just an old man with nothing more than a high school diploma.

that "velvet raspy soul" is just Angelina putting feelings to the lyric. I think she takes a extra time in some moments just to nail the sentiment of the song and Yvan Mendez does an excellent job at matching the tempo. These kind of songs (she and a guitar) are her best performances.

Always love to see when a new Angelina video pops up on your channel. This one is up near the top of my favorites from Angelina. The amount of detail she is able to put into her vocals just amazes me every time. I'm one of the ones that has listened to it 100 times (being conservative), and it's true that you just don't get tired of it, in fact it's just the opposite. It just gets better and better the more you hear it, because you hear more and more details with every listen. I have probably made this request before, but I will keep making it until you do it. I've lived in Spain for nine years now, the first eight in Granada, where I took in all the flamenco I could. I've seen good, bad and mediocre guitar accompanists to singers. Some very good guitarists don't accompany very well, because they focus on what they are playing and not on where the vocalist is going. Ivan is an excellent accompanist. Watch how attentive he is of Angelina, adapting to wherever she goes. She might have extended the closing to this song, but he's watching and repeats his chords there at the end. Maybe it was planned, I don't know, but he's very capable.

Thank you for doing this reaction to angelina Jordan. She has 5 original songs where she has wrote three songs herself. The songs she wrote herself is called. «What is life», «Oslo» and «Shield» and the two other songs is called. «Song for A» Twitter by nico cartosio. And the last one is called. «Above the water» written by a norwegian duo called TRXD. All 5 songs are wort reacting to.

"Once or twice in a lifetime, - if your lucky!!" For shure we have been lucky in our time. So, Yes, You put it nicely about the uniqness of Angelina. By now we for shure know what we`ll get from you as it comes to Angelina. Thank you for all of your honest and great reactions to her. I love them, and keep comming back to them. I do hope you wil also go back in time and react to some of her "older" covers, (12 years in this one) as she has many greate ones (as you probably know). And I am wondering, maybe its time for you to react to some of her originals. "What is life", "Oslo" and "Shield" are her 3 originals so far, besides the 2 songs she is featuring in the recordings of. So she is the original vocal for those songs as well. Those two are; "A Song For A" from 2019, a Classic lyric song by russian composer Nico Cartosio, and the latest one "Above The Water" by a group called TRXD, is a verymodern pop song. Showing Angelinas wonderfull ability to take on any song, and perform it just amazingly.

You are spot on.. as usual i might ad. I agree its unique the way her songs stay fresh. I cant think of any contemporary artist who can do the same. Maby Sia. But its hard to compare. I dont like comparing actually, its like ice cream, what flavor is best? Its impossible. It doesn't make sense. But i know that something emotional reacts in me when sings. And its very rare i get that. But she nails it evety time. Its a gift, its nit just singing. Its something else. I don't know what, but i love it.

(To be honest, the only reactions I watch from anyone is for Angelina and Jackie Evancho (very different from each other and complementary to each other's music genre. Please keep up the AJ reactions. I never tire of hearing her! You are so right about the emotion she can convey - even after listening to a song over a hundred times!

In my opinion, for what it's worth, your reactions are top-notch and perfectly matched for Angelina and Diana. Your reactions are almost as good as my hearing enjoyment of any of their songs for the first time. In other words, listening to your analyses and seeing the pleasure you get makes me relive their music. BTW, I sometimes wonder where Angelina would be if she didn't know English and only knew Norwegian.

I call her the velvet Valkyrie - the Wings of a Valkyrie signify protection, truth and purity in one's soul and she wears them well....she choses listeners from the battlefield of life and takes them to Valhalla, a place of honor, glory, or happiness....and wonderful music. Great review.

You are so right, Ivan will have a lot of stories to tell his grandchildren about how he played for Angelina when she was 12. For more beautiful songs with acoustic guitar, I recommend "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" on her Angelina Jordan Cover Channel & "I Will Always Love You" on her Fan Channel Mosarz. Both are with Norwegian guitarist Egil Clausen when she was 11 & both are masterpieces.

Hello! I am back again. I like to look at you enjoiying the singing of Angelina. Let me point this out: It's verry simple to discribe the voice of Angelina; she's got a angelina voice! She is the only one who has that type of voice! That why is difficult to compare her voice with others singers. The beauty of her voice... oh man!
