I'll tell you a secret. Many of us love everything she sings and it's hard to pick out a favorite. But this performance at 8 years old stands alone. Personally it is my 'favorite' video. And I'll take a wild guess and say that there might be a million or so more people who, if asked, might agree with me. There are so many things going on in this video it's almost impossible to appreciate everything because we are in awe of her during the song. Lots of us have played this at least several hundred times and you know what, we never tire of it. You're catching on, Saeed. It never stops. And, think about something for a moment. Of all the songs you've heard her sing, are there two of them which sound the same? If you are about to play a video you've never heard before get ready to listen to something very, very different. It's uncanny.

This is my favorite "Baby Angelina" performance. She sings it better a year later at a concert in Singapore, but this version is cuteness off the charts & she sounds almost exactly like a young Dinah Washington, who won a Grammy for this song.

This was the first video I watched by Angelina Jordan. Now, 4 years later, the quality of my life has improved by listening to her sing me stories every day. How is it possible that she could be an all time great jazz singer at eight years old?

You can see so well that Angelina is completely "in the zone; in her own little world" when she sings this. And that she snaps out of it as soon as she has finished the last note. And when she performs now, at 18 years old, she still has that.

Any raspiness is there by choice at this point. IMO. Take a look at her last performance of Summertime which I consider her first Masterpiece. Still just a little bit of rawness not quite smoothed out. Check out her video of 'Fly Me to the Moon' on the view where she announced she was traveling to uuusa as she pronounced it the USA. That same smooth perfection. Weather the performance is perfect as these were to me depends on how she uses it. But the voice was absolutely there. 😉♥👣
