Vic was in the building when we went to the SB he left to Miami then both coordinators left after that season then we took in 2 first time coordinators on both sides of the ball and they sucked . They brought back Vic and a coordinator that is better then what just left . So yes too me there is much optimism rightfully so.

I would take Nick Foles over Eli Manning if I had one game I had to win...Eli was a glorified game manager whereas Nick Foles dominated the championship game and Super Bowl

Mitchell had to be pretty great in college: for saban having him as his player of priority in transfer. And how is it every time the smallest line backer core the average lb is 6 foot which all of them are. It’s rare to be 6 2 or higher.. and jalen carter was doubled out the gate he’s a problem and everyone knows it and huff played way less then reddick and had the same production.. yea it was one year but did had the second best pass rush win rate in nfl that’s impressive..

I said 3 years ago the team needed to trade Joel. He is always hurt when it matters most and he is not clutch. Im hopeful they trade him this off season. If not will be more of the same next year. Unless Joel takes a step back and is the 3rd option on the team next year. I loved the Eagles draft. And the addition of Saquan is gonna be a huge difference on the team

Yeah..we should have drafted the MUCH slower guy who couldn't jump as high and couldn't put up as many bench reps. The guy who Saban wasn't completely satisfied with and wanted the guy we did draft to hit the transfer portal.

No One Knows Nothing - Good or Bad until they actually start practicing at Full Speed with Contact which is even held to minimal amount at Summer Camp so not until those workout practices vs other Teams can you start to gauge if they can be ready to play

Chill chill with all that you don't know how good these guys are going to be. Last time I check Angie. You were a radio host, and you wanted Ricky Williams over macnabb, and we are playing zone defense, it's not too many CB that come into the league that can play press man cause you can't win with these big receivers, 1 on 1. That's why we played zone. It's not too many corners that can stick. A receiver 1 on 1 on press coverage. They are going to get cooked. That's why we play zone and you do a zone blitz. Most teams play that way now.

What the hell does it matter that they took a kid from Toledo (because of academics) instead of Alabama? Apparently you both missed the fact that Saban tried to get Mitchell to transfer to Alabama (wonder if Saban was just being nice loll) but he declined to stay with the team that gave him a chance because of his bad grades in Toledo. If he decided to transfer to Alabama for 1 season and has Alabama next to his name now we are all of a sudden happy with the Draft? unfuckingreal. Then on top of that Mitchell was a better team fit for the Eagles who 100% needed an Outside CB.

I case you haven’t figured out Cataldi is a freaking fraud, Sauce Gardner was from a small school, Cincinnati. How do you think he’s panning out so far. And just because a kid comes out of Alabama, and Georgia for that matter, doesn’t mean he always pans out either. Angelo you’ve always been a tool. I’ve known that for almost 40 years or so about that guy.

Another terrible take…you got people who get paid to scout players and even then the draft is straight up luck…I’ll put my trust in those guys not a retired radio host and a guy stuck in his college days
