This was a very informative video on Anger management for anyone, not just for ADHD. I am going to watch this again soon because I could not make enough notes on what you were sharing. My son had terrible anger problems when he started to go through puberty. He changed physically also from a very thin frail looking young teen to having Big Big shoulders and very strong , very fast. I did not have a brother, just a sister and I was not prepared for this sudden change. My husband worked out of town for most of his career and was not giving me any help. I did take my son to 3 different ADHD counselors. However, This one video you have produced would have given me more help than the months long sessions I and my son did. He is 30 years old now and still has anxiety but won't take any medicine. Thank you for all you do and I know that you have made life better for many, many people. Christine B.

Thank you so much. The anger alone is perhaps the biggest "disability" -- it affects my work, family, friends, even school. Its been devastating, along with the rejection dysphoria. Great tips, I MUST have a pre-planned algorithm for dealing with anger. And I was never "allowed" to be angry growing up, so it's validating to give ourselves "permission" to let anger express itself in more effective ways.

I'm so glad this was helpful! Being angry is fine, just like being sad or being afraid. It's how you express it and what you do with it that matters most.
