@@aguywhohikes1271 Maybe the fears around sleep like "I would never sleep again", "I will always have problems with sleep" or the feeling of being detached from reality would be really interesting :)

I so frustrated! I just want to love her. That's all I want. I am exhausted and drained. Can't enjoy basic life anymore. Even a walk on the beach.

I definitely been there Ahmada! But you can enjoy life even if it's not the full enjoyment you're looking for! I had to change that black and white rigidity.

Thanks for your vid -my daughters theme switched on her to ROCD and it has set her back quite hard Spent yesterday in a panic attack off and on all day 😢

I would be really interested how you overcome fapping and porn. Was it primarily about persistence and patience or have you had a better strategy, because I try but I have relapses

Out of the 4000 plus videos none of you talk about the fear of being cheated on while being married with children. The compulsions, checking their phone, do they like having sex with me etc. For the love of of God can some of you amazing people please just do a goddamn video about the the fear of being cheated on. Not retroactive jealousy, not the fear of the sufferers cheating. THE FEAR OF BEING CHEATED ON PAST PRESENT OR FUTURE. Please
