I feel it for my favorite guard . That lady with the dog should not have done that . He is working so is his horse. They deserve respect.

What the hell was the lady with the dog doing? She looked like she was in a trance, then she started talking with the guard. Same with the guy in the mask, taking close ups of the horses head. Really weird I don't understand the Blues & Royals have no problem yelling, and yet the Life Guards seem so timid, makes no sense. If that was you telling people to get "back behind the bullards, come back" Abdullah BRAVO

This is total chaos, the street police need to start patroling this when it gets this busy on the public walkway. Someone could get seriously hurt if one of the horses was to freak out when it's so crowded.

You could have the horses still in the box’s but face them inwards so if the doors are shut onto the street nobody can bother them close it off and horses facing inwards and ticket holders so the millatery can decide how many people at a time

Stop the box guards and close those gates permantley and just have ticket holders for the changing out back and. Inside would stop thee horses and guards being abused stop access from the public path and onley ticket holders have acces the other way

"Their"job" is to assist in guarding the King's Palace.(Horse Guards is one.) They are NOT glorified mall Security! Those weapons are VERY real.

The guards are not forbidden to talk. They choose not to talk. They are serving soldiers performing ceremonial duties. Not there to answer trivial questions for tourists.
