Angwamoo is a Ghanaian braised rice infused with lots of onion Tolo beef ( salted cured beef) it’s amazingly easy to prepare and it’s beginners friendly. Most people made this as their first ever Ghanaian meal. I hope you like it enough to try.

If Yesmine rice is a person....hmm anything sweet and food, my Sister is there. I like how you sprinkled the salt solution on the rice, that brings memories of our authentic way. Hmm Ghanaians and our eggs, hmm anumode. With the sausages and meko yerawa eeish, mouthful of flavours. I can perceive the hint of the coconut oil. Mama Lovy Mama well done
