Growing up this was and still is my favorite rice dish, and the best part is how easy it is to put together. Enjoy 😘✌🏽❤️❤️❤️
Ingredients:
3cups - Jasmine Rice
1lbs - Tooloo Beef ( Cured Beef)
1 - Red Onion (Small)
4 - Scallions
Salt - tt
4tbsp - Coconut Oil
I used absolutely 2 1/2 cups of water

Had this today with corned beef instead of tooloo beef *chef's kiss* 🥰😍😘✌🏾 Nii Ayi might be on to something cos I remember watching an authentic roadside kelewele recipe where the seller added akoshi for. The nostalgia is strong!!! 🤣😂 Unfortunately, they don't really do that anymore. I've been in Ghana since November and yet to come across that authentic kelewele taste that I remember from childhood.
