A scene in which Obi-Wan Kenobi (Nick Lang) and Moff Tarkin (Joe Walker) tear the Star Wars universe (or at least its plot) apart. From Team Starkid's production of "ANI".

rumbleroar's cub Most of them are just Star Wars themed Pajamas. Ani’s costume is just a onesie.

Could it be that alcoholic Obi Wan had a son or daughter who inherited his addiction then sold their daughter for drinking money? Rey just might be a descendant of Master Kenobi after all!

if you think about it, it's the third. There was Darth Maul, who was cut in half and came back with robot legs, and Anakin who was cut up, and came back with robot limbs. But, there was also General Grievous, who came back completely robot except for his heart.

What I don't get is how that they didn't see a moody, manic-depressed young kid with mother/father issues--not to mention wife issues--a penchant for showing off his amazing powers we suddenly turn on the Jedi when he didn't get his way. Did not see that coming....

What’s really crazy is how many times an angsty teen is at the center of intergalactic war either because they’re supposed to be the savior or because someone fucks up enough for them to turn to the dark side.
@KitsyX4 жыл бұрын
Well, to be fair, they did originally reject Anakin for training because they thought there was a risk of him falling to the dark side... ... I guess they grew to trust him more over time and they also wanted to believe the best of him... Not sure they all saw the manic-depression either... But yeah, we've got to remember that there's a bunch more than just the films... Plus it wasn't handled the best... And the Jedi are stupid.

“The Sith are a bunch of religious zealots who want to impose their will on everyone else, AND THAT’S THE JEDI’S JOB!!!!” 😂 Watching these new Star Wars shows like The Mandalorian and Kenobi is really hard to do with a straight face, with all of the genius lines from this scene alone bouncing around in my brain.

@JavierPerez-cx4jw4 жыл бұрын
Macaroni and Cliches Ok keep in mind some of these will sound like bullshit retcons.... that’s because they are. But for the most part it holds up. It’s just all done in subtext which is confusing af. 1. Qui Gon was Obi Wans actual master, but Yoda technically taught all Jedi because he was the Grand Master and had classes for Younglings. 2. Only a Sith deals in absolutes. The line is intentionally hypocritical because the Jedi were absolutely religious zealots. They forbade love because they were convinced that all strong emotion lead to the dark. That line is to showcase that ObiWans not necessarily 100% in the right either. 3. The Jedi knew that something was fishy with the clones, but they also had to fight a war. Every second they spent solving the mystery, millions would die from the droids. They had to put shit aside and try to keep the republic together. 4. Palpatine technically ruled the galaxy since he ran both sides, but it involved a lot of conniving. Once he made the empire all he had to was sit back and cackle maniacally. Plus he killed the Jedi in the process. Win-Win I think that’s everything
@yoshifan334 жыл бұрын
Another thing about 2; Anakin was the one enforcing his statement by intending to fight Obi-Wan if he didn't join him, therefore actually _dealing_ in absolutes rather than just _stating_ them.
@SingingSealRiana4 жыл бұрын
Well, actualy the whole story of star wars was pretty stupid if you think beyond nostalgia and epicness, does not mean you cant love it anyway.
