About Married to Medicine:
Dr. Jackie is on a serious mission to step into a new phase of her best life. Toya has had the weight of life on her shoulders as she and Dr. Eugene have moved into a new home while they look to build their next forever home. Toya is working on mending friendships and her marriage with Dr. Eugene, which will be tested when a swirl of rumors begin to brew. Anila is returning to a bit of normalcy with her husband, Dr. Kiran’s practice back in full swing and their home construction finally complete. With the sudden departure of their long-time nanny, Anila and Dr. Kiran agree to consider moving her parents in to help with the kids, but after a traumatic burglary occurs at her new home, Anila is left to pick up the pieces and choose between friends and foes. New friend, Audra is a decedent of African royalty and a successful real estate attorney who is engaged to Dr. Martin Curry. I’m not sure where you live however, high school girls get their nails done, wear makeup and stylish hairstyles. On camera they are going to apply makeup more heavily than if they weren’t being filmed, so as to not look washed out on camera. There is nothing strange or wrong with how Alaura looks. She’s a 17 year old girl! If you have a problem with your daughters doing that, that’s your prerogative just like it’s Heavenly and Damon’s prerogative to let their daughter wear makeup. In my family, starting with my mom and her sisters, they were allowed to wear makeup when they got into high school. My mother allowed me to do the same thing along with getting my nails and hair done on a regular basis. As I got older I was afforded more privileges because of my age and how responsible I was. I did the same when my daughter entered high school. It’s my prerogative. Your personal feelings are yours however, if you step into any high school you’ll see tons of girls wearing makeup and nails. Alaura is a beautiful young lady with or without makeup but if she chooses to wear it and her parents are okay with it no one should have anything to say. Let parents raise their kids how they choose to raise them.

Well it's mighty funny that Ms Gomez had to leave just in time for there to be a "break in" while they weren't home. I'm more likely to believe that Anila sent Ms Gomez away so she wouldn't blow the cover or Ms Gomez said she wanted no parts. It was too sudden.
