Join me as I experience Japan's famous animal cafes! The eclectic mix of creatures become more exotic as I traverse from Kyoto to Tokyo to hangout with as many animals as I can. I have an afternoon chat with a cat, scowl at an owl, take a swig with a pig, and see an otter in water. Don't worry, there's no rhyming in the video...

Actually, the slippers at the cat cafe aren't disposed of. They're sanitized and go to the bottom of the machine to be reused...

Am I the only one who thinks that these animal cafes wouldn't last five minutes in the United States. Somebody will be like complaining about something and then it'll be vandalized and the animals will be hurt. Such a shame because these cafes in Japan are beautiful and the animals are well cared for.
