6 ай бұрынSub-8 Hours!! This speedrun aims to complete the museum in Animal Crossing as fast as possible starting from a new town and ending on the final Blathers museum complete dialog. The player must catch or obtain and then donate all 40 bugs, 40 fish, 25 fossils, and 15 paintings to the museum. Pre-existing save data may not be used. Nook Codes or E-Reader cards that provide museum collectibles or golden tools are not allowed. Glitches and time traveling are allowed.
I'm very happy to have achieved a new WR and sub-8 hour milestone with this run. This is the heaviest RNG category for Animal Crossing speedruns and despite some bad luck in this run, there was also a lot of good luck. This will be a tough time to beat.

I'm really curious about this Crazy Redd location glitch. Hope someone figures out how it works and documents it. Congrats on the WR!

I ran into the same Crazy Redd glitch this past year. I was playing on my emulator so I thought it was related to that but looks like its native! I was able to replicate it multiple times that evening. If I ran in a straight line 2.5 acres from the tent when it did not have Redd in front of it (and I did not talk to Redd somewhere by his lonesome), then it reloaded. If I only went 1 acre away it went to a different location.
