quick comment explaining things: this run is *slow*, but it was my first completed attempt as the description says. faster times have already been achieved with grabbing the disc first and kiting the ghost dog around, it's really cool! the warp with the bubble was discovered very early on, though it required natural bubble streams like the four in the tall water room. to not get too technical, this wrong warp relies on activating a warp the same frame you hit a second platform, which in this case is the bubble rising up. you pause buffer until this frame, and then buffer a flute input to complete the sequence, changing your x-coordinate to that of the warp's but leaving your y-coordinate unchanged. there is more to the mechanics behind this that is yet discovered, but the applications are being found nonetheless the wheel warp is a little bit different (and i am less confident on how it works lol), where if you are in the wheel and get switched off the wheel forcefully (only found to be relevant with the frisbee altar currently, since you can repeatedly place/pick up the frisbee freely) you become freed from the inside, but it still follows you. if you switch back onto the wheel your position gets updated to back inside the wheel. this can be used, if far away enough from the wheel where it is still loaded but not directly next to, to get warped. pausing is the only real way to survive this, and even then you have a chance of hitting water somewhere in your path where you won't survive still. this is believed to be deterministic but the wheel is indeed a physics object and awkward to keep consistent. help finding consistency in this would be greatly appreciated!!! !!! EDIT !!! we discovered a way to make it relatively consistent! looks like as soon as the room gets unloaded, the wheel starts to fall into the void, and as soon as you hover over the wheel you get warped right to where the wheel is! so it's based on 1. where you stand and 2. how long you wait after deloading the room with the wheel, which happens 2 screens away (game loads current screen and the 4 adjacent rooms). i just so happened to do the strat at the correct time (in the top left corner it's just about when the platform hits the left wall). big discovery for sure there was a patch today that added flute direction hotkeys to the numpad, which makes entering the code for the wheel way faster (down to 10 seconds versus...... whatever happened here.....). should make things a little more consistent thanks for watching!! i'm working towards some form of "max%" excluding figurines (still don't know if bdtp is possible with just 32 eggs for true ending, if not then it is all eggs and bunnies), not sure how it will turn out yet. expect to see that next, as i'm probably not returning to this run lol this is my soap box go run nmg instead of this category it is a whole lot more fun because you get to play the game more!! thanks for watching

wheel. when you grab the disk and leave the wheel it falls, out of the map. Rooms not loaded when playing have no collisions. The wheel falls, when it hits the room he wants to be in, he selects the wheel and engages, he appears inside the wheel, where it is on the map, which with PERFECT timing, is right where he wants to be.

Aside from the bubble wand still being required and 8 eggs to get the flute, I'm not even going to pretend to know anything else that goes on. Also cool to know that you can just brute force the song to get the wheel instead of getting the bobcat to sing it for you.

glitch with water platforms, if you time it right the water will trampoline you up. If you want to try for yourself just see where he released the crank from and then hop right into the water.

Yep, spoilers. Various strings of symbols like that were found, they fit into the poster in the house. This creates a map which you can then follow in the space world, which leads to a time capsule with a message from the developer. Apparently it was supposed to take multiple years to solve instead of 4 days lmao.

It's the notes from the song they sing. It could probably be reversed from a recording of the song that was matched back to the flute notes but I think it was probably also extracted from the game code
