The Cage: "Brotherhood" Chapter I from Animal

Why a "cage"? The corroded construction fence that surrounds the rusted lockers and faded rubber gym floors dusted with chalk? The prodigious plates and bars, straight and true? The CAGE is much more than the sum of its parts. It is about people from all walks of life coming together to share a passion for the iron. This is fitting because The CAGE is built, from the ground up, by those same passionate individuals -- fans and athletes who volunteer their time, dedicated employees who can't wait for this one weekend all year long in the dead of winter in Columbus, Ohio. Though it's cold outside, inside The CAGE there's plenty of heart and the fire burns hot.

Getting motivated, and staying motivated for consistent lifting is very important to me. I'm so grateful to have found Animal. Whenever I need a dose of motivation there is always the Forvm, this KZfaq channel ( and Animal Rage) to provide education & motivation, and the energy needed to go lift. Thanks Team Animal!

I like the internal, "homey" vibe to this first part, introducing the behind-the-scenes, cog in the machine approach, but it didn't give me that impacted, in-depth, in your face approach like Raw & United did. However, great start to what should be a interesting followup from last year.

It's been a while since I've been to the forvm..... watching this makes me want to get back at it. Great company, great community. I remember my first time to the cage, I walked into Frank and I didn't know what to say... it took me totally by surprise, he was just hanging out, totally cool. So when I talk to my friends and they say "I waited 40 min, but I got a shirt and a shit ton of free samples!!!" I say "I met Frank and Antoine and Evan, enough said."

I have been extremely loyal to Universal Nutrition/Animal line for 3/4+ years now, I won't be switching anytime soon. I hope someday I will be able to complete in amateur and or be in the cage. Hopefully one day. Thanks for this video.. A+++

Amazing, once again unique content. This videos shows how even at a commercialised event such as the Arnold where the main priority is selling, with bright lights and gimmicks. This shows how animal as a company functions. What other company allows fans to be part of the process? Amazing company with amazing ethics. If the cage was ever to come too England UK It would be a dream come true to be part of it. Thanks again for the great content.... I know I'm being greedy but when is the next part out!?

The animal cage is a great idea. Like the guy said it's blue collar and grimey. But this video was cheesy crap with dramatic music. Put some punk, metal or hip-hop on and keep the same spirit as the cage. That dramatic music sounded like something from titanic.

i would really be good at lifting weights if i had the proper motivation. i also have a neuromuscular disease of the hands and feet and still think with the right group of fellas i could explode. where? how?
