Personally, I don't understand why Alya and Nino ended up together at the end of the episode. One minute, they were in a cage together, and then later they fall for each other? I guess the only explanation was that Alya and Nino apparently have something in common? I guess. 🤷‍♂️

I always questioned how Marinette's family didn't notice anything familiar about Ladybug. Granted, the first special stated that the costumes come with a glamour that keeps people from recognizing them. But still, the fact that she nearly called her mother "mom" should've made them curious if not suspicious.

The "date" between Nino and Marinette was SO FUNNY 😂

Oh, I've also noticed how Adrien as himself was also acting a little bit cocky, but I don't know how anyone couldn't love that. Honestly, later in the series he became such a simp, such a doormat, such an oblivious cringy dude that I couldn't really stand him. Cocky, witty Adrien all the way.

Honestly, I agree with everything you said, man. After this episode, I was like, Alya's dad needs to go to anger management classes, sheesh. Also, the whole Nino and Alya sudden dating thing is just not good. Like she outright says that Nino is like a brother to her, plus Nino likes Marinette, and so on. However, after seeing episode 1 of season 5 and there is a scene of Nino and Alya kissing each other, it just isn't right for the above-mentioned reasons. How quickly did you guys fall in love with each other? All of this happens in a matter of some hours, maybe the whole day. Like what!?!? Additionally, yeah, the whole scratching Cat Noir's chin like an actual cat's chin and Cat Noir sniffing Ladybug, I was like, oh boy, at furst, but after rewatch I didn't give it much attention. Same thing with the bus trap. It's just for the plot.

Was it weaker? It's hard for me to tell from what Thomas did later in the series, it wasn't the best, but at least Adrien had a personality, and Marinette wasn't perfect like later + Tikki was a bit of a jerk, which unfortunately disappeared later
