the compositing is what im most excited about, it really makes it look "professional" i could watch a lot of compositing videos for animation becauae i dont see it offten whith Davinci. Compositing is kinda abstract and hard to understand to me but the results make it worth it

This is amazing. When I got tendinitis a few years ago, I never thought I'd be able to make drawings come to life even though I could still do Greasepencil put so much strain on me I'd all but given up. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it means a lot

Better option to Gimp for drawing is Krita ... you could also do it as VECTORS instea dof Rasters using Inkscape or Affinity Designer.

I saw your previous video and I literally just 1 minute ago finished my rig after watching some other videos. I haven't finished this video yet but I'm guessing the dissolve function will be used for expressions and remove parts. I've just got transform nodes, merge nodes and a background node. I was about to make a macro and I saw this video.

How do you animate like storytime animators in divashi resolve
@patrickgoethals32358 күн бұрын
In all the videos it talks about 'image sequence', are these not a normal image, do you have to create this in another program or is 'image sequence' just a name that you give to a series of photos. I speak Dutch and translations are sometimes very unclear
@144digital7 күн бұрын
It's just a series of images... It's a video rendered as images

Thanks a lot for this, but isn't it quicker to do it in a software like opentoonz?
@FOSS3658 күн бұрын
Sure it's quicker because OpenToonz was designed for it. This is just a proof of concept. One that can be used in any node based composting software. I could see you doing this even in something like Natron if you wanted to.
