For Metalbeak, I want to add mass enslavement because while kidnapping the children, they were forced to fall asleep while facing the moon which caused them to be moon-blinked and become pickers.

I mean, was the stone keeper REALLY a villain? He's more like an... Antihero... Or a... Well, not a villain, but definitely an antagonist. Besides, it wasn't really enslavement for himself. If anything, it was only to protect his people. Come on, he deserves better. And metalbeak.... Well, metalbeak is literally just bird hitler, so he deserves everything he got and then some. Actually, pile on all the punishments from the other villains too.

Also I know he isn't a Warner Bros Character but I changed my mind of what Tai Lung's sentences a little, for those Rhinos when he broke out of Prison, I don't think he actually killed them, mainly because if those Rhinos died, how did a tiny goose survive? The big problem with villains like Lex is that he can just use his massive wealth to rig the jury bribe the judge and worse the charges only stick when he has admitted to his crimes on recordings.

The meteor came from outer space and thus does not belong to anyone, and as Luther was the one who obtained it, it's kinda his, dropping the meteor from that height is not the same as dropping it from orbit and really only warrants a reckless endangerment charge (possibly destruction of property, but Luther seems the sort to own the land around his building so that one is iffy) . Lulu was never Luthor's pet but a lab guinea pig and laboratory animals are not considered pets plus as she was legally removed from Luthor's ownership and placed in a pet shelter she would not belong to him anyway so none of her crimes are his.

The fact that this metal beak eas toned down so they could make it into a kids movie makes you realize just how much of a demon this guy was,i mean this guy was litteraly hitler as a bird,the whole moon blink thing was made up because in the books he was torturing them for months to make them into slaves. Also i love that the years he wont be put to death are so high he can't even live through,barn owls only live for at most 30 years,and that's in captivity
