i wouldnt say the best BUT i will say that hero academia did a really really great job with his development over the seasons and not like ive seen in other animes change over night or dont change at all. this was or is truly a great arc and deku also changed quite alot from season 1 to the deku we see rn

Im still waiting to see what will happen, but given the stakes, the quirk imbalance, idk i think deku is right on this one. Or maybe hes just not 100% wrong. Idk, i have a bad feeling about the whole lets go fight god together idea thats swelling up this season
